Prof. Chunhui Zhao (Member, IEEE) received a B.E. degree in mechanical
engineering from the School of Mechanics, Southwest Jiaotong University,
Chengdu, China, in 1996, a M.E. degree in control theory and control
applications and a Ph.D. degree in control science and engineering from the
Automation School, Northwestern Polytechnical University (NPU), Xi’an, China,
in 2003 and 2008, respectively. He is currently an Associate Professor with the
School of Automation, NPU. His research interests include unmanned aerial
systems, vision-based navigation, image processing, and target tracking.
