My research interest is in the area of application of systems thinking and systems ideas in organisational problematical situations. In particular, the application of systems methodologies such as Soft Systems Methodology, Critical Management Sciences and Soft Operational Research. Multi-methodology in Management Sciences, Social Responsibility in organisations and Autopoiesis self-organising systems. I am also interested on the development of Internationalisations in Higher Education in Latin America and its role in Globalisation and sustainable development in less developed countries.
