Tadeusz Ambroży is a professor (full) of physical culture sciences; the director of the Institute of Sports Sciences of the University of Physical Education in Krakow; the author or co-author of over 300 scientific papers; a master class trainer in combat sports; a trainer in gymnastics, boxing, swimming, and bodybuilding; a personal trainer; a sports manager; a sailing, skiing, and water rescue instructor; and a yacht and motorboat captain.
