Emilia Elisabeth is a Raimondo Chemical Engineer, Doctor in Food Sciences, and Professor and researcher at the Faculty of Agrarian Sciences, Universidad Nacional de Cuyo and at the Faculty of Nutrition Sciences, Universidad Juan Agustín Maza.
