Baba Ahmed, Ikram, has a PhD in chemistry, a BS in a major (2017), and a PhD in a major (2022). She is now a teacher at the Department of Chemistry at the University of Abou Bekr Belkaid-Tlemcen. Her work in the field has resulted in several publications, presentations, lectures, and courses as well as awards and honors. Her research interests include medicinal chemistry, computational chemistry, and organic chemistry, plus other skills in the field of corrosion and fluorescence. She works on the synthesis of different heterocycles, the synthesis of peptidomimetics, and the synthesis of hybrids applied as potential active ingredients for many diseases, including Alzheimer’s disease.
