Rong-Guei Tsai received a M.Eng. degree in computer science from National Chiayi University, Chiayi, Taiwan, in 2010, and a Ph.D. degree at the Institute of Manufacturing Information and Systems from National Cheng Kung University, Tainan, Taiwan, in 2019. In 2019, he joined the School of Mechanical, Electrical & Information Engineering, Putian University, as an assistant professor. His research interests are in the areas of sensor networks, Internet of Things, localization algorithms, and path planning algorithms.
