Prof. Dr. José L. García-Soidán is an Associate Professor at the Faculty of Education and Sport Sciences, University of Vigo. He received his Bachelor’s degree at the Universidade de Santiago de Compostela in 1983 and completed his Ph.D. studies in Philosophy and Educational Sciences at the Universidad Nacional de Educación a Distancia in 2000. His research interests include exercise physiology, elderly populations, and physical condition evaluation.
