Prof. Dr. Jing-Heng Chen is the dean of the Department of Optoelectronic Science and Engineering at Fengjia University. He is also the director of the Wuli Teaching and Research Center and the deputy dean of the School of Engineering and Science. He graduated from the National Chiao Tung University with a PhD in Optoelectronics. His research interests include Holographic Optical Elements, Optical Metrology, and Optical Engineering.
