Prof. Valentin Kuleto

Prof. Dr. Valentin Kuleto is the founder and president of the leading multinational company LINKgroup, which, for 25 years, has been successfully engaged in management in education, professional education, and certification in the fields of Information Technology and Modern Business, through as many as 15 educational institutions and over 50 educational services. Dr. Kuleto obtained the title of Mechanical Engineer at the Faculty of Mechanical Engineering, University of Belgrade. He has a Master's degree in the field of Management in Education; more precisely, with a theoretical basis on the implementation of a software platform for distance learning. He also has a doctorate in research on the problem of an adaptable personalized model of the distance-learning system. Dr. Kuleto is the author of several books as well as scientific and professional papers published in journals, proceedings of national and international conferences, and scientific monographs of international importance.
