Graduated from Beijing University of Chemical Technology in 2016 with a master's degree in chemical engineering and technology, and co-cultured by the Institute of Process Engineering, Chinese Academy of Sciences.
Work Experience:
Joined MDPI in June 2016, as Assistant Editor of Processes, Catalysts, and Applied Sciences journals, assisting communication between academic editors, authors, and reviewers, and providing rapid publication services for scholars;
From 2017.03 to 2020.12, served as the Managing Editor of Processes journal, responsible for the overall development and operation of the journal and team;
From 2019.09 to 2021.03, served as the Associate Publisher for the journals Applied Sciences, and Horticulture, etc, assisting the Publisher with journal development strategies, and helping the ME develop the team;
From 2021.03 to 2022.12, as the Senior Associate Publisher of Processes, the main responsibilities were to closely monitor the healthy and sustainable development of the journal to promote the journal in the community.
From 2021.1 to 2021.10, served as the Managing Editor of the new journal, Standards, responsible for its smooth launching and its future sustainable development;
2022.12-present served as the Publisher of Processes and Standards, promoting the journals and team's development.
2020.8-present, served as a member of the MDPI Ethics Committee, assisting MDPI journals with communication and coordination of ethical cases,
