Pengfei Li, PhD, researcher, and doctoral supervisor, is mainly engaged in the research work of aquaculture health. He is the winner of the Special Award for the President of the Chinese Academy of Sciences and is a scholar of the "Light of the West" of the Organization Department of the CPC Central Committee. Currently at the Guangxi Zhuang autonomous region fishery major disease prevention and control and efficient health breeding industry technology engineering research center, he is director of the Beibu Gulf Institute of Marine industry (and chief engineer); at Beibu Gulf University he is a part-time professor, and at the Institute of Guangdong Ocean University he is a doctoral supervisor. At Northwest Agriculture and Forestry University, Guangxi university, Beibu Gulf University, and Henan Normal University, he is a master's tutor.
In recent years, he has presided over 15 national and other various scientific research projects at provincial and ministerial levels, including 4 national projects, with a total project fund of more than CNY 10 million . He has published more than 70 research papers, including 52 SCI papers in Aquaculture, Fish and Shellfish Immunology, and Frontiers in Microbiology, and in the international authoritative SCI journals he has been cited more than 1000 times.
