Prof. Jinyao Li

Jinyao Li obtained his Ph.D. in Zoology from Xinjiang University in 2007, conducted postdoctoral research at China Agricultural University from 2007 to 2009, conducted postdoctoral research at the Cancer Research Center of the National Institutes of Health in the United States from 2009 to 2014, and has been working at Xinjiang University since 2014. He is currently a Professor and dean of the School of Life Science and Technology of Xinjiang University. He is also an executive deputy director of the Xinjiang Key Laboratory of Biological Resources and Genetic Engineering and a leader in the disciplines of biochemistry and molecular biology. His research areas include (1) therapeutic cancer vaccine development, (2) autoimmune disease vaccine development, and (3) natural drug screening. He has presided over 12 projects, including the National Natural Science Foundation of China, and has been approved for two national invention patents and accepted six national invention patents. He has published 103 papers, including 61 SCI papers.
