In recent years, wind power generation, photovoltaic power generation, battery and other emerging energy sources have attracted great attention, research results are quite abundant, so microgrid and distributed energy have been highly concerned. Under the existing research, the new energy sources including wind power generation, solar power generation and battery will have a certain impact on the system due to the uncertainty of power generation. this topic to ensure the stability of microgrid and improve the power quality, based on programmable logic controller PLC, control strategy using hierarchical control mode, communication using Modbus-TCP based industrial ethernet, can realize microgrid grid-connected mode operation, islanding mode operation, fast switching between grid-connected operation and islanding operation mode, energy management scheduling based on energy storage SOC, real-time power balance, energy scheduling among multiple distributed generation systems, etc.

Photovoltaic cluster power generation can improve the power generation efficiency of photovoltaic power plants, but the photovoltaic cluster inverter will produce resonance after the grid, affecting the safe and stable operation of power systems. In order to ensure the reliability of power supply, the resonant generation mechanism of photovoltaic cluster system is studied in this paper, and the resonant characteristics are analyzed, the control strategy of RC-type global resonance suppression and Thyristor Switching RC (TSRC) circuit are proposed, to suppress the resonance of the photovoltaic cluster system. The effectiveness of the control method is verified through simulation and experiment. The experimental results show that the resonance can be effectively suppressed, and the photovoltaic cluster system can be safely and stably connected to the power grid to ensure the reliability of power supply.

With the proportion of air conditioners increasing gradually, they can provide a certain amount of frequency-controlled reserves for a micro-grid. Optimizing utilization of air conditioners and considering load response characteristics and customer comfort, the frequency adjustment model is a quadratic function model between the trigger temperature of the air conditioner compressor, and frequency variation is provided, which can be used to regulate the trigger temperature of the air conditioner when the micro-grid frequency rises and falls. This frequency adjustment model combines a primary frequency modulation method and a secondary frequency modulation method of the energy storage system, in order to optimize the frequency of a micro-grid. The simulation results show that the frequency modulation strategy for air conditioners can effectively improve the frequency modulation ability of air conditioners and frequency modulation effects of a micro-grid in coordination with an energy storage system.
