Fabienne Teysseire holds a B.Sc. (2016) and M.Sc. (2019) in Pharmacy from the University of Basel, Switzerland. The main focus of her research was the investigation of the effects of caloric and non-caloric sweeteners on human metabolism, including their effects on gastrointestinal hormones, glycemic control, appetite, gastric emptying, and gut-brain interaction. She is now working at a global pharmaceutical company.
