Dr. Cora Lind received her prediploma in chemistry from the University of Wuppertal in Germany, and Master's and PhD degrees in chemistry from the Georgia Institute of Technology. After postdoctoral work at Cornell University, she started her independent career at the University of Toledo in 2003. Her research interests center around negative thermal expansion materials, low temperature synthetic methods, polymer/inorganic composites and powder crystallography.
