Naser Alsharairi graduated in Nutrition & Food Technology from Jordan University of Science & Technology in 2001, received his M.Sc. in Nutrition & Food Science from the University of Jordan in 2004, and received his Ph.D. in Public Health from Griffith University, Australia, in 2013. He was appointed Adjunct Research Fellow at the Menzies Health Institute Queensland, Griffith University. He is currently served on the editorial board of Public Health Nutrition in addition to serving as a review editor of Frontiers in Nutrition, and advisory board member of International Journal of Environmental Research and Public Health and Heliyon. His research interests include polyphenols/flavonoids and human health, gut microbiota in health and disease, non-communicable disease prevention, maternal and child nutrition, determinants of dietary patterns, nutrition-related behaviour change theories, dietary supplement use, and longitudinal data analysis.
