Blanka Klímová is an Assoc. Prof. at the Department of Applied Linguistics and also head of this department. Her expertise includes English language teaching (ELT) and teaching English for Specific Purposes (ESP), ELT and ESP pedagogy, using ICT in ELT and ESP, and psycholinguistics. Furthermore, she has had rich experience with research projects, such as GACR or Excellence projects run at UHK. She has published 10 papers in journals with IF and 14 papers in journals indexed in Scopus related to the research topic. Overall, she has 515 citations without self-citations in WoS (h-index 14).
