Dr. Peng Gu received his bachelor’s degree in electrical engineering and automation from Huazhong University of Science and Technology in June 2015. He received his master’s in power system and automation from China Electric Power Research Institute in June 2018. He received his doctorate in electrical engineering from Harbin Institute of Technology in February 2023. From March 2023 to the present, he has been a lecturer in Northeastern University (NEU), Shenyang, China, in electrical engineering. He is also working as a postdoctoral fellow in NEU in control science and engineering. He is working as a lecturer in Northeastern University (NEU), Shenyang, China, in electrical engineering. He is also working as a postdoctoral fellow in NEU in control science and engineering. His current research interests include wireless power transfer, magnetic coupling structure design, power system analysis, electromagnetic transient analysis, overvoltage and insulation coordination of EHV/UHV ac system and DC-DC converter.
