Mercedes Medina is associate Professor at the School of Communication, at the Marketing and Media Management Department (University of Navarra, Spain). PhD in Communication from the University of Navarra (1995) and Master in Arts in Communication from the University of Westminster (1994). Currently, she is currently the PI of the project "From the architecture of listening to the social footprint: good practices in content production" (2019-2021) funded by the Spanish Ministry of Science, Innovation and Universities, and the coordinator of the Media Markets and Media Companies Research Group.
