Ter-Feng Wu was born in Taiwan in 1962. He received the B.S. degree in Department of Industrial Education from National Taiwan Normal University, Taipei, Taiwan, in 1986. He received the M.S. degree in Department of Control Engineering from National Chiao Tung University, Hsinchu, Taiwan, in 1993. He received the Ph.D. degree in Department Electrical Engineering from National Taiwan University, Taipei, Taiwan, in 2006. He is currently a professor and was a chair in 2009-1015 at the Department of Electrical Engineering, National Ilan University, Yilan, Taiwan. His research interests include intelligent control, neural network, fuzzy CMAC, green energy, unmanned aerial vehicles (UAVs) and mobile robot, etc.
