Dr Retno Indriartiningtias, S.T, M.T is a woman born in Surabaya, East Java. She completed her undergraduate formal education at the Department of Industrial Engineering, Sepuluh November Institute of Technology, Surabaya in 2003. Her Master's degree was completed in the Master of Industrial Engineering and Management Programme, Bandung Institute of Technology, with a focus on Quality Management in 2009. Her doctoral education was obtained from UGM in the Mechanical and Industrial Engineering Doctoral Programme in 2019. During her career, she has worked in education by teaching in the Undergraduate Industrial Engineering Study Programme, Trunojoyo University Madura. Her research interests include organizational creativity, innovation, marketing and modern small-industry management.
