In recent years, blockchain, which is the base technology of the 4th industrial revolution, is rapidly emerging as an alternative to the centralized data management method. An application platform for providing blockchain networks and services to both the general public and the underprivileged (elderly people, farmers, people with disabilities) is essential. In particular, the socially vulnerable (defective families, grandparents, children, multicultural families, settlers, individuals living in basic conditions) need clear guidelines for complex and high-level contracts. Therefore, in this study, we designed a smart contract visualization application platform to improve user convenience. This system provides an easy-to-use interface for the socially vulnerable and underprivileged and presented guidelines for signing complex and high-level contracts. In addition, we designed a mobile UI/UX for smart contracts and enabled the automatic creation of Ricardian contracts.

A real estate contract is a high-risk contract with a large amount of money, and there are many problems in the risk and reliability of fraud. In particular, online contracts have low reliability and high risk. If you can manage information on these issues and prevent forgery and duplication of contract information, you can maintain low cost and high efficiency. Blockchain technology is being used as an alternative to the enormous cost and reliability issues associated with offline real estate contracts. When blockchain technology is applied to an online contract management system, reliability and scalability are efficient and confidentiality can be ensured. However, as real estate transactions using blockchain technology increase online, problems arise in scalability. Therefore, in this paper, we implemented an Ethereum-based online real estate contract system that solved the scalability using the zero-knowledge proof algorithm. The real estate contract system enables online contract management and discrimination of contract forgery through blockchain. In particular, it was possible to prevent fraud until the contract was concluded and the contract was terminated.

Recently, the size of the used car market has been continuously increasing. In this used car trading market, various used car trading damage is caused by the asymmetry of information between the seller and buyer. In particular, there are many cases of damage caused by information asymmetry between the seller and buyer, and the reliability of the used car trading market is being deteriorated. In this study, we propose a used car transaction management system that guarantees reliability without the intervention of third parties by using smart contracts based on the public blockchain Ethereum. The public blockchain was used in the used car transaction management system to design a safe and reliable used car transaction management system based on the reliability of information on the used cars. In addition, smart contracts were used to design contracts for used car trading, allowing for safer trading while reducing the effort and time of the trading participants. This system mitigates the asymmetry of information between buyers and sellers through the characteristics of the blockchain that guarantees the integrity and transparency of data, and reduces and prevents brokerage commissions in the distribution process without third-party intervention. This system uses IPFS to store data using the Mongo database based on the Node.js server and returns the hash function stored in the smart contract.

With the development of many devices that support high-speed wired and wireless Internet, it has been universalized to upload and download various kinds of social multimedia information. However, image data including sensitive personal information are easily exposed to Internet users. In this study, the algorithm is introduced to make it possible to exclude background regions from various types of input color images, to robustly detect the target regions including personal information, and then effectively protect the detected target regions through context-adaptative blocking. In this study, the background regions are first excluded from input color images, and then only the target regions including personal information are robustly segmented on the basis of human skin color. Subsequently, the detected target regions are effectively blocked in the way of selecting regional blurring adaptively in line with surrounding situations, and therefore it is possible to prevent personal information from being exposed. The experimental result of this study reveals that the proposed method robustly blocks the target object regions including personal information of input images in line with surrounding situations. The algorithm proposed in this study is expected to be applied practically to many fields associated with image processing, such as video surveillance, video monitoring, and target object covering.

With the recent increase in used trading sites that support used trading, users want to find various information in real time, and the development of the Internet consists of direct and indirect connections between businesses and consumers. This change created a new type of C2C (Commerce to Commerce) transaction. However, each used trading site has its own characteristics, making it difficult to standardize one. Therefore, in this paper, we construed a system that provides the user’s used transaction data in real time and provides the desired information quickly. In this paper, we developed the crawler system needed to develop an integrated transaction system for second-hand goods through Internet e-commerce transactions, defined morphological analyzers, and described the service that users can employ in the web environment by using the system developed in the paper.

Recently, the game market is growing rapidly with the growth of e-sports. In particular, the market for League of Legends games continues to grow. Massively Online Battle Arena (MOBA) games have grown to become a massive industry, projected to reach over 140 billion USD worth of market value. Many users learn the League of Legends game, but their skills do not improve. Current analysis of the player’s manual playback through visual media such as video is the most common method. Therefore, this paper extracts data from gameplay videos and analyzes intuitive gameplay “styles” in the popular MMO game League of Legends to provide coaching-specific information. we were able to classify whether the player is cooperative and aggressive, but if additional information which we did not extract nor process like map vision were taken into account, Big Data and Machine Learning could come into play.

As the number of users using cloud services has increased in recent years, the number of users leaving the group or changing their personal information is often the case. In this paper, a blockchain-based cloud user information management scheme is proposed using stochastic weights to confirm that the information of users receiving cloud services has not been tampered with. The proposed scheme uses color keys to reliably distinguish blockchains of user information in a cloud environment. The quality of service is improved by pasting user attribute information generated using color keys to the front of the blockchain. The proposed scheme uses different color key information and attribute information, so they have the advantage of effectively processing user information in different cloud environments. It also supports lower overhead and higher efficiency compared to traditional techniques that individually add authentication keys to users by authenticating information from multiple users who receive cloud services with color keys. In addition, the proposed scheme allows the provision of reliable real-time cloud services by creating a stochastic sum of weights for the first and last users that make up the cloud. As a result of the performance analysis, the proposed scheme reduced the time of blockchain generation by \(7.9\%\) on average by linking user information to the probability value of user information. Efficiency in managing blockchain-based user information over overlay networks was up to \(11.5\%\) better than using RSA alone, with an average \(7.7\%\) lower overhead.

In recent years, the casualties of traffic accidents caused by driving cars have been gradually increasing. In particular, there are more serious injuries and deaths than minor injuries, and the damage due to major accidents is increasing. In particular, heavy cargo trucks and high-speed bus accidents that occur during driving in the middle of the night have emerged as serious social problems. Therefore, in this study, a drowsiness prevention system was developed to prevent large-scale disasters caused by traffic accidents. In this study, machine learning was applied to predict drowsiness and improve drowsiness prediction using facial recognition technology and eye-blink recognition technology. Additionally, a CO2 sensor chip was used to detect additional drowsiness. Speech recognition technology can also be used to apply Speech to Text (STT), allowing a driver to request their desired music or make a call to avoid drowsiness while driving.

The use of the “selfie camera”, which records many images and videos and shares them with others. Although this system is complex owing to its use of software-intensive technologies from the field of image processing, such as face detection, CAM-Shift, and FFMPEG, it has considerably better performance and efficiency than the existing unmanned recording system, which uses infrared signals in hardware-intensive technologies. This paper describes an unmanned recording system for tracking an object via image processing. Such a product had not been previously developed in the area of mobile phones. Therefore, this paper compared the developed product with the two best existing products that track via infrared signal rather than by image processing. We propose a system consisting of a commercially available mobile camera (on an ‘Android’ mobile OS), a servomotor for rotating the smartphone camera to the right or left, a micro-controller (‘Arduino’) for controlling the motor, and a wireless Bluetooth ear set for audio input.

With the development of high-performance visual sensors, it has been very easy to obtain a variety of image data. Of these image data, human face regions contain personal information to distinguish one from the others. Therefore, it is important to accurately detect unhidden face regions from an input image. This paper proposes a method of robustly detecting human face regions from an input color image with the use of a deep learning algorithm, one of the machine learning algorithms. The proposed method first transforms the RGB color model of an input image to the YCbCr color model, and then removes other regions than face regions to segment skin regions with the use of the pre-learned elliptical skin color distribution model. Subsequently, a CNN model-based deep learning algorithm was applied to robustly detect human face regions from the detected skin regions in the previous step. As a result, the proposed method segments face regions more efficiently than an existing method. The face region detection method proposed in this paper is expected to be usefully applied to practical areas related to multimedia data processing, such as video surveillance, target blocking, image security, visual data analysis, and object recognition and tracking.
