Dr. Hai Liu received his Bachelor and Master degrees from Tongji University, and PhD degree from Tohoku University, Japan, in 2013. Currently, he is a professor and the associate dean of the School of Civil Engineering, Guangzhou University, China. His research interests include non-destructive detection and evaluation of near-surface objects. He has authored or co-authored more than 100 journal papers. Since 2020, he has been an associate editor of IEEE GRSL.
