Abdeljalil Métioui is a professor at the Université du Québec à Montréal and he holds a Master of Science in Physics, and a Ph.D. in Didactics (Université Laval, Canada). He has also taught Science didactics in Canadian universities (Université Laval, Université de Moncton and Université Sainte-Anne). His research interests include the history of science in science teaching and learning, student’s and teachers’ alternative conceptions in teaching and learning, and the design of a constructivist numeric environment in electrical circuits. He published fifty-four papers and nine books.
