Guici Chen received his M.S. degree from Wuhan University of Science and Technology, Wuhan, China, in 2004, and a Ph.D. degree from Huazhong University of Science and Technology, Wuhan, China, in 2010. Currently, he is a Full Professor at the College of Science, Wuhan University of Science and Technology. He has published more than 50 papers in refereed journals and international conference proceedings. His current research interests cover stability, synchronization and robust control for neural networks, stochastic systems, time-varying delay systems, etc.
