Dr. Emanuele
Rinninella is a medical doctor and Internal Medicine Specialist
currently affiliated with the Department of Translational Medicine and Surgery,
Università Cattolica del Sacro Cuore, Rome. He holds a Ph.D. in nutrition,
metabolism, aging, and pat sciences from the Università Cattolica del Sacro
Cuore. He is a researcher in Food and Dietetic Sciences. He is working as a
Physician (Clinical Nutritionist) at Fondazione “Policlinico Universitario A.
Gemelli” IRCCS. His research interests focus on clinical nutrition, perioperative
nutrition, body composition, gut microbiota dietary modulation, and digestive
cancer.
