Dr. BEOM JIN CHUNG

Beom Jin Chung received B.S. and M.S. degrees from Seoul National University, Seoul Korea, in 1986 and 1988, respectively, and received a Ph.D. degree from the Hankuk University of Foreign Studies, Korea, in 2014. He was with the Smart Green Home Research Center, Gachon University, engaged in the research of smart grids from 2008 to 2018. In 2019, he joined the Research Center of Electrical and Information Technology, Seoul National University of Science and Technology, Seoul, Korea, where he is currently a Research Professor. His research interests include the smart grid, smart metering, AMI communication network and electric vehicle charging systems.
