Leszek Ambroziak gained his M.Sc. degree in control engineering and robotics from the Bialystok University of Technology in 2010. Since 2015, he has held a PhD in automatic control and robotics from AGH University of Science and Technology in Cracow. His research interests include multi-agent systems and robotics. His scientific work concerns autonomous navigation, control systems, and computer vision. Leszek Ambroziak has taken part in numerous research and R&D projects on autonomous flying robots and their practical implementation and usage (e.g. patrolling national borders and highways, managing crisis situations, supporting rescue operations in mines, supporting the navigation of autonomous sea vessels, inspecting buildings, and many more). In 2013, he took a scientific internship at the VTT Technical Research Centre of Finland. In 2022, he took a scientific internship at the Polish Air Force Institute of Technology in Warsaw. Leszek Ambroziak and his team regularly and successfully take part in many UAV competitions, such as IMAV.
