Cheolhee Yoon earned a BS degree in software engineering (2004) from Hansung University and an MS degree from the Digital Forensic Department at Korea University (2006). His first PhD in technology policy was from Yonsei University (2023), and his second PhD in AI security was from Yonsei University (2024). He is now a researcher in the Police Science Institute at the Korean National Police University.
