Dr. Zehra Edis

Zehra Edis is employed at Ajman University in the Center of Medical and Bio-allied Health Sciences Research, Ajman University, Ajman, United Arab Emirates. https://www.ajman.ac.ae/en/pharmacy/directory/staff/zehra-edis Edis obtained a BSc., MSc., and Ph.D. from the University of Cologne, Germany, and conducted a Ph.D. under the scholarship of the University of Cologne. She worked as a scientific employee at Akzo Nobel Chemicals and as a research intern at Bayer AG, Leverkusen, Germany. Then, she joined Ajman University and Sharjah University, UAE, as a lecturer. Since February 2014, she has been an assistant professor and, since 2021, an associate professor at Ajman University, UAE. She has published more than 50 papers and received 7 research grants as the principal investigator from the Deanship of Graduate Studies and Research (DGSR), Ajman University, UAE.
