I have more than 25 years of experience working in the public and private sectors, managing innovation ecosystems and generating synergies among different stakeholders. The experience I have accumulated in fields such as tourism, innovation, and sustainability, as well as all EU projects in which I have participated, has made it possible for me to gain valuable and transferable skills with an overall vision of the needs of cities and tourism destinations. Nowadays, I am Director of AnySolution, Vice-President of Turistec, President of Planetic, and Vice-President of Gaia-X Spain, being the coordinator of the tourism working group at the Spanish and European levels. I have a large amount of experience in European project management. Among the projects in which I have participated, it is worth mentioning the coordination of DATES (European Tourism Data Space) and D3HUB (EU Competence Centre for Data Management in Smart Destinations). Apart from this, I am a tourism expert for the European Commission, UNWTO, and other EU initiatives such as Intelligent Cities Challenge, Smart Tourism Destinations, EU4BCC, Sustainable and Resilient Smart Destinations, etc. All this experience, together with high skills in problem solving, suggesting solutions, structuring project implementation, and good communication, complement my background. I hold a degree in Law from Deusto University, Spain, specializing in European Community Law, and have obtained an Executive Masters in Innovation.
