**Research Interests**: Self-healing concrete, green and ecological building materials, concrete durability, resource utilization of industrial solid wastes. Presiding over 3 provincial and ministerial-level research projects including the Key Project of Natural Science Research of Anhui Provincial Universities, the Open Fund of the State Key Laboratory of Silicate Materials for Architectonics at Wuhan University of Technology, and the Open Fund of Anhui Engineering Research Center for Green Construction with Metallurgical Solid Wastes, as well as 1 university-level project. Participated in 2 national key R&D programs, 1 science and technology project of the Department of Transportation of Guangdong Province, and 1 scientific and technological innovation project of Shandong Hi-Speed Group. Has published more than 30 SCI papers. Serves as a reviewer for internationally renowned journals such as *Journal of Cleaner Production*, *Journal of Building Engineering*, and *Construction and Building Materials*.
