Prof. Dr. Branislava Brestovački Svitlica gained a doctoral degree in Nursing in 2012. She is an full professor in Nursing at MFUNS. Her primary scientific and professional interests are patient safety, nursing management, education, and research. She authorises 29 articles, including 15 in peer-reviewed journals with impact factors and two books. Her h-index is 5, and her citation index is 45 (Scopus, Nov 2023). Prof. Branislava Brestovački Svitlica has more than 30 years of clinical experience and has been the head nurse of the Pediatric Clinic. She is a Serbian Nurses and Midwives Association member and participates in many activities for the nursing society in Serbia and Europe. The Faculty of Medicine awarded her several times for her pedagogical performance.
