The article is interesting, but I don't understand about Russia:
Figure 5. Current Russian energy mix: nuclear accounts for 18%; oil accounts for 1%;
Figure 6. Russia's envisioned energy mix by 2030: nuclear 4%, oil 39% and renewables 8%.
Like CHPP for oil, and we're done with NPPs? And this is with the strong development of Rosatom?
I didn't find that in https://www.infobio.ru/sites/default/files/Energostrategiya-2030.pdf.
