Biography
Yan-Tsung Peng (Member, IEEE) received a Ph.D. degree in electrical and computer engineering from the University of California, San Diego, in 2017. In February 2019, he joined the National Chengchi University, where he is currently an Assistant Professor in the Department of Computer Science. Before that, he was a Senior Engineer with Qualcomm Technologies, Inc., San Diego, CA, USA. His research interests include image processing, video compression, and machine-learning applications.
