Dr. Cristian Jiménez has a BS in Agro-industrial Engineering and a master's and Ph.D. in food science, from Instituto Politécnico Nacional. She has 20 years of teaching experience in undergraduate, master's, and doctoral programs. She is a researcher in foods and functional films. He has been a reviewer of CONACYT research projects and the research articles of the Journal of Food Science, Science of Food and Agriculture, Food & Function, Food Research International, and others. She belongs to food professional associations and the National Research System of Mexico, level II.
