Dr. Monsurat M. Lawal holds a Master of Medical Science and a PhD in Pharmaceutical Chemistry from the University of KwaZulu-Natal, Durban, South Africa. She is presently a post-doctorate fellow involved with computational chemistry projects. Monsurat has participated in many interdisciplinary types of research in biochemistry, computational and theoretical chemistry, molecular modeling, organic chemistry, drug design, and pharmaceutical chemistry.
