Prof. Dr. Xiong Luo is a Professor at the School of Computer and Communication Engineering, University of Science and Technology Beijing (China). He served as a Postdoctoral Fellow (assistant researcher) at the Department of Computer Science and Technology, Tsinghua University from January 2005 to December 2006 and as a visiting scholar at the Arizona State University (USA) from April 2012 to April 2013. He was awarded the Beijing Higher Education Distinguished Teacher Award (2022), the Second Prize of the Beijing Science and Technology Award (2018), and the China Communications Journal 2019 Best Paper Award issued by the China Communications Society and IEEE Communications Society, etc. He was selected into the “2020 Top 2% of the World’s Top Scientists” released by Stanford University (USA).
