Tomasz Sliwa is a Polish petroleum engineer and consultant. Achievements include research in Utilizing abandoned oil wells as borehole heat exchangers. He works at Lecturer Akademia Górniczo-Hutnicza im. Stanisława Staszica University Science and Technology since 2001, at Senior Lecturer Polytechnic Institute PWSZ, Krosno, Poland since 2003. He was a Grantee for Research on utilizing abandoned wells, at the Polish Ministry of Science in 2002, and a scholar Study in UNU GTP in Iceland, UNU in 1999. He is a member of the International Geothermal Association.
