His research interests include Insulin Resistance, Liver Cirrhosis, Portal Hypertension, Liver Diseases, Nutritional Medicine, Nutritional Education, Surgery, Internal Medicine and Viruses. In his distinguished academic career, he has authored more than 240 publications in international peer-reviewed journals.
