Biography
Ning Dai received his PhD in Condensed State Physics from Notre Dame University in the USA in 1993. He is currently the Deputy Director of the Shanghai Institute of Technical Physics. In addition, he served as a Professor, Project Leader, the Deputy Director of the State Key Laboratory of Infrared Physics, and the Assistant Director of the Shanghai Institute of Technical Physics from 2001 to 2008.
