Dr. Qasem Drmosh is a Research Scientist III at the Center of Excellence in Nanotechnology (CENT). He received his Ph.D. in Physics from the King Fahd University of Petroleum and Minerals, Saudi Arabia in January 2015 under the supervision of Dr. Zain Yamani, CENT director. Dr. Drmosh's research focuses on the synthesis and characterization of nanostructured materials for gas sensor applications. Dr. Qasem received his Master's degree from the Physics department of KFUPM in June 2009. He obtained his Bachelor of Science (BS) degree with honors in physics from IBB University, Yemen in June 2001. Prior to attending KFUPM, he worked as a lecturer from 2002 to 2005 in IBB University (Physics department).
