Annarita Paiano, who holds a PhD in Commodity Science, Technology, Innovation and Sustainable Production, is a Full Professor in the Department of Economics, Management and Business Law at the University of Bari Aldo Moro, Italy. She teaches various subjects in Commodity Science, and her research mainly concerns Bioenergy, Energy Policy, End-of-Life Management, MFA (Material Flow Analysis), LCA (Life Cycle Assessment) and the Circular Economy. https://orcid.org/0000-0001-7718-538X.
