Gratiela Dana BOCA graduated from the Faculty of Management in 2000. She holds a Ph.D. diploma in Quality from IMW.Clausthal, Germany, from 2009, and she has gone through all didactic positions since 2008, when she joined the staff of the Technical University of Cluj Napoca: as Teaching Assistant in 2008, Senior Lecturer in 2009, and Associate Professor in 2013. Currently, she is working in the Department of Economics of Faculty of Sciences from North Center University of Baia Mare. She is the author of more than 14 books and over 78 journal articles in the field of quality management, change management, manufacturing processes, and quality audit. Her work focuses on the analysis of quality in different application fields. She is involved in Erasmus projects with universities from Turkey, Italy, Finland, Germany, and Greece, with a focus on the transfer of innovation.
