Jetty Chung-Yung Lee currently works at the School of Biological Sciences, The University of Hong Kong. Her research focuses on lipid peroxidation and profiling of biological samples. She develops measurement of oxidative damage biomarkers in biological samples using GC/MS and LC-MS/MS and investigates the association of these biomarkers in diseases. Her interest also includes antioxidant and oxidative stress in human nutrition and oxidative stress and environmental stressors (climate change and pollutants).
