Jae-Myung Lee, BSc, MSc, and Ph.D., is a Professor in the
Department of Naval Architecture and Ocean Engineering and director of the
Hydrogen Ship Technology Center at Pusan National University. He obtained his
BSc and MSc degrees in the Department of Naval Architecture and Ocean
Engineering from Pusan National University in Korea in 1994 and 1996 and his
Ph.D. degree in Ship and Ocean Engineering from the University of Tokyo in
Japan in 1999. His research interests are mainly focused on cryogenic liquefied
gas (LNG and LH2) storage systems and hydrogen ships. He was the principal
investigator of many national R&D projects. Before joining Pusan National
University in 2002, he worked as Principal Research Engineer at Samsung Heavy
Industries.
