Dr. Shuaib Ahmed Soomro is a Assistant Professor of HRM at Sukkur IBA University. He completed a Ph.D. in HRM/OB from the IAE Aix Graduate School of Management in 2019, France. His research interests include work stress, employee wellbeing, burnout, organizational justice, work ethics and organizational politics.
