Nitesh Sanghai is a Postdoctoral Research Scientist in the College of Pharmacy at the University of Manitoba, where his research bridges medicinal chemistry and neuroscience to develop novel therapeutics for amyotrophic lateral sclerosis (ALS) and related neurodegenerative disorders. A 2026 CAS Future Leader and recipient of the 2025 Mitacs Innovation Award for Outstanding Innovation, he is an inventor, scientific advocate, and community leader dedicated to advancing translational drug discovery and improving patient outcomes.
