Wen-Fu Ho has been a distinguished professor at the Department of Chemical and Materials Engineering, National University of Kaohsiung (NUK) from 2015 until now. He was also the Chair of the Fastener and Steel Research Center at NUK (2014–2018). After obtaining his Ph.D. in Materials Science from the National Cheng-Kung University in 2000, he has dedicated himself to teaching and research at several universities. His research interests focus on alloy design and research (titanium alloys, high-entropy alloys), calcium–phosphate ceramics, and surface coatings and modification.
