Green production mode is an advanced manufacturing mode. However, due to the environmental externality of green production, it is different for a pure market mechanism to promote the evolution of green operation mode of manufacturing enterprises. Government regulation is very important. This paper establishes an evolutionary game model of whether manufacturing enterprises choose to implement green production mode when the government implements two different mechanisms of reward and punishment. Considering the complexity of strategy selection of enterprises' green production behaviour under market competition, the method constructs the simulation analysis model of enterprises' green product production behaviour with multi-subject participation. We can simulate the influence of these factors on the strategic choice of both parties (enterprises and governments) by changing the different influence factors, and studying the evolutionary law of different government guidance and regulation strategies on the production behaviour of green products. These factors include government incentives, penalties, reputations, costs, differences in the cost of implementing green production on the corporate side, corporate reputation, and false rewards or penalties. By the computer implementation of multi-subject modelling, the results show that enterprises' green product production behaviour needs the government's guidance and regulation. When formulating relevant policies, the government should combine various guidance and regulation strategies and fully consider the influence of market competition.

The distribution of relief materials is an important part of post-disaster emergency rescue. To meet the needs of the relief materials in the affected areas after a sudden disaster and ensure its smooth progress, an optimized dispatch model for multiple periods and multiple modes of transportation supported by the Internet of Things is established according to the characteristics of relief materials. Through the urgent production of relief materials, market procurement, and the use of inventory collection, the needs of the disaster area are met and the goal of minimizing system response time and total cost is achieved. The model is solved using CPLX software, and numerical simulation and results are analyzed using the example of the COVID-19 in Wuhan City, and the dispatching strategies are given under different disruption scenarios. The results show that the scheduling optimization method can meet the material demand of the disaster area with shorter time and lower cost compared with other methods, and can better cope with the supply interruptions that occur in post-disaster rescue.

Background: Nowadays, e-learning significantly affects college students’ academic life. This study aims to examine the factors that influence college students’ satisfaction with online learning outcomes.Method: The study population consisted of undergraduate students from Dalian Medical University, with a total of 715 college students participating in the study. Out of these participants, 602 valid questionnaires were obtained. Demographic data was analyzed using SPSS.22, and the data was cleaned and prepared for testing the research hypotheses. The proposed research framework was examined using structural equation modeling (SEM) through Smart-PLS 3.0.Results: The results of the study showed that student satisfaction with learning outcomes was positively correlated with several factors: quality of teacher instruction (β = 0.100, p < 0.0001), quality of e-learning platforms (β = 0.059, p < 0.0001), individual learner factors such as learning motivation (β = 0.112, p < 0.001), and e-learning environment (β = 0.469, p < 0.001). Additionally, self-learning efficacy (β = 0.081, p < 0.0001), learning strategies (β = 0.031, p < 0.001), and learning motivation (β = 0.039, p < 0.001) were found to have mediating effects. Conclusion: Understanding the satisfaction of college students with the effect of e-learning holds great significance in coping with teaching methods in unexpected situations. It enables adjustments to teaching strategies, improvements to learning platforms, and mobilization of students’ motivation. Thus, it serves as a valuable reference in addressing unexpected teaching scenarios.

Xu, W.; Wang, A.-n., and Zhang, Y., 2020. The impact of marine environmental awareness on economic development in coastal areas. In: Gong, D.; Zhang, M., and Liu, R. (eds.), Advances in Coastal Research: Engineering, Industry, Economy, and Sustainable Development. Journal of Coastal Research, Special Issue No. 106, pp. 450–453. Coconut Creek (Florida), ISSN 0749-0208.Awareness of the marine environment has a huge impact not only on the marine environment but also on the economic development of coastal areas. This paper analyzed people's awareness of the marine environment and studied its impact on the economic development of coastal areas, so as to provide new ideas and methods for promoting the economic development of coastal areas. The results show that factors such as the marine environment experience, marine environment sentiment, willingness to protect the marine environment, and the perception of the marine environment all had a great impact on the economic development of coastal areas. Therefore, when developing the marine industry, attention must be paid to the benefits brought by the development of the industry, but also the benefits of fostering people's awareness of the marine environment

Liu, L.; Xu, W.; Zhang, Y., and Wu, T., 2020. Evolutionary game model of coastal logistics parks and logistics companies. In: Li, L. and Huang, X. (eds.), Sustainable Development in Coastal Regions: A Perspective of Environment, Economy, and Technology. Journal of Coastal Research, Special Issue No. 112, pp. 477-481. Coconut Creek (Florida), ISSN 0749-0208.With the strengthening of economic globalization, the volume of international maritime industry trade is increasing, but the development of coastal logistics industrial parks and the quality of cooperation between logistics companies have exposed many problems. The paper establishes an evolutionary game model. The model covers major factors such as operating costs, transaction costs, default costs, overall revenue and distribution ratios of both parties. During the numerical simulation, in response to changes in some main parameters, we give the results of the cooperation between the two parties, which provided a reference for further research.
